Located on the south side of the ground floor in the REC, is a bright and open 170-sqm space, equipped with state of the art fitness equipment.
The Centre has 11 cardiovascular machines (5 treadmills, 3 ellipticals and 3 bikes) all with built in entertainment consoles that allow users to watch TV, listen to music, or link IPods for entertainment options.
The Centre contains a variety of strength and conditioning equipment with a mix of circuit machines and free weights. Adjacent is a stretching, warm up and cool down area.
